What is refilling?
New cartridges for ink jet printers are very expensive. If you were to buy
a new cartridge every time it was empty the cost could quickly exceed that of
the printer itself. Instead of throwing away your empty cartridges you can
simply refill them. All you need to do is inject fresh ink back into your
cartridge using one of our kits and your cartridge is as good as new.

Is it messy?
Refilling is both clean and easy. A needle is placed deep inside your
cartridge so there is no chance of spilling. However, accidents can happen, so
its a good idea to cover your work area with a newspaper. Take your time
refilling and make sure you read the instructions carefully. As well, all of our
inks are water based and non-toxic.
Do you guarantee your product?

Will I get the same quality printing with a refill?
We guarantee you will get the same quality printing. Many of our best

Do you have refills for my printer?
We carry refills for most popular brands of printers. If you don't see
your printer listed give us a call and we will let you know if we have it in
stock. If your printer is a new model and we don't carry it yet, check back with
us in a few weeks and we should have it by then.
Does refilling void my warrantee?
Major printer manufacturers sell printers at or below cost. They make
their profits from selling the cartridges. Formerly, once you had bought your
expensive new printer you had no choice but to buy one of their cartridges after
yours ran dry. By using refills you are cutting into their primary source of
profit. Because of this, they will threaten to void your warrantee if you refill
your cartridge. They are simply trying to protect their own interests anyway
they can. It is however strictly ILLEGAL for them to do so. They CANNOT
VOID YOUR WARRANTEE simply for using refills. There is no reason
that you should not refill your cartridge. It works and it saves YOU money.
How many times can I refill my cartridge?
Typically, a cartridge will last between 6-8 times. Some tips to make you
cartridge last longer. Always fill your cartridge as soon as it is empty.
Otherwise, your cartridge will dry out and become useless. It is an even better
idea to top up your cartridges before they are completely empty. This will
extend the life of your cartridge and ensure you never run out of ink in the
middle of a print job. Also, clean your printing head with a little bit of
rubbing alcohol (or even water) every time you refill.
